We asked, “How can he/she afford that?” Or perhaps, your classmate have the latest Iphone, while you struggle with your old Android phone. How about wishing you were at Costco instead of Sam’s even when the latter is 10 miles nearer. Are we just hard to please, or simply never satisfied.
I wrote this song for myself and my family. Many times, I still get tempted to look at the other side of the fence, “Why is the neighbor’s gardener so good with keeping the garden nice and clean?”. Or 113 looking at wanting to go to the farther Uniglo (40 miles away), when the local Uniglo is just 2 miles from home. Or perhaps, Matt-Matt wanting to use a new backpack even when the older backpack is still well and good. For John who wanted to go McDo when we were already at the In N’ Out driveway ?
