May 25, 2018. Departing Arcadia at past 5 pm for our mini vacation of San Luis Obispo and Morro Bay tour. We took the X5, apparently to get more space, we thought was for 113 baggages… Matt-Matt, John-John, 113, 503. Traffic as usual is heavy, along 210 and 101.
We made a quick stop (maybe an hour) at the Oxnard Mall. John John remember the time we had with Angkong and Ama at the Target store on 2013.
Perhaps it was wanting to get off the traffic, or maybe we were all just hungry. The food taste especially good. Vietnamese Restaurant for 503 and John John, Korean Food for 113, and the usual ‘burger’ for Matt-Matt.
It was an easy drive along the Freeway North 101. No traffic, peace and quiet. Driver and John John awake, 113 and Matt Matt as usual, sleeping beauty.
Finally arriving at the Vagabond San Luis Hotel, past 10 pm. Room 118. Thanks to the 2 Nissins cup-noodles and available hot water at the desk. After a long, long day, everybody went flat very quickly.
